Every DEADWATER piece is made and finished by hand, so please allow 5–10 business days for processing and production before we ship your order.
Shipping times are separate from our processing time and may vary by carrier and destination.

US domestic shipping
Standard shipping within the United States. Free shipping on orders $100+.
International shipping
International shipping rates are calculated based on destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or import taxes.
Returns
Because every DEADWATER piece is handmade to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or size exchanges.
Please carefully review our Ring Sizing Guide and confirm your size before placing your order. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size at checkout.
Slight variations in shape, texture, markings, and finish are a natural part of our handmade process and make each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
